El b\u00fanker de Soratte es un complejo subterr\u00e1neo situado en el municipio italiano de Sant'Oreste, a unos 50 kil\u00f3metros al norte de Roma. Se construy\u00f3 entre 1937 y 1943 en la monta\u00f1a Monte Soratte y sirvi\u00f3 como cuartel general de las unidades de la Wehrmacht en la regi\u00f3n mediterr\u00e1nea hasta junio de 1944. El enorme complejo de b\u00fankeres estaba destinado a albergar al Gobierno italiano y al alto mando militar italiano en caso de asedio de Roma. Durante la Guerra Fr\u00eda, el b\u00fanker se convirti\u00f3 en un refugio nuclear para el Gobierno italiano y el presidente. Podr\u00eda haber albergado a 50 miembros del Gobierno y 50 t\u00e9cnicos de la OTAN. La estructura estaba \u201clista para acoger al Gobierno de Italia\u201d, pero nunca se utiliz\u00f3 porque no fue necesario. Solo se utiliz\u00f3 con motivo de algunos ejercicios de la OTAN entre 1976 y 1988 y se desmantel\u00f3 en 1993.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hoy en d\u00eda, gracias a los esfuerzos del municipio de Sant'Oreste y de la Asociaci\u00f3n del B\u00fanker Soratte, el complejo del b\u00fanker es un sitio hist\u00f3rico moderno. Los visitantes pueden sumergirse en la historia especial del monumento fortificado de diversas maneras, por ejemplo, con el nuevo ferrocarril de v\u00eda estrecha o con ofertas de realidad virtual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El alcalde Gregory Paolucci firm\u00f3 la adhesi\u00f3n del municipio de Sant'Oreste a FORTE CULTURA en febrero de 2025 y tambi\u00e9n se uni\u00f3 a la red FORTE CULTURA a t\u00edtulo personal.
