Representatives of the Chinese city of Shouzhou, the European Fortress Tourism and Fortress Marketing Network, ECCOFORT and ICOFORT signed a memorandum of understanding in Spandau Citadel on the development of friendly and cooperative relations for fortress tourism and marketing.
