lecture during the symposium \u201cOne Hundred Years of Cologne\u2019s Green Lung &#8211; From Historical Defence Facilities to a Future-Oriented Green System\u201d on 23 November 2019 at the Institute of Geography at the University of Cologne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">In addition, Hans-Rudolf Neumann, in his capacity as Deputy Chairman of the Association of the European
