Following the successful completion of the Aktion Mensch project “Durchblick – Germersheim Erkennen,” the city of Germersheim has now received a second grant to further reduce barriers and expand inclusive tourism services in the fortress city. The project was submitted by FORTE CULTURA as part of the Aktion Mensch program “#1 Barrier Less,” under which a non-profit organization may apply for funding to reduce barriers at a cooperation partner (e.g. public institutions). As part of the project, two additional sites will be integrated into the guided route for blind and visually impaired visitors, and a flyer in Braille will be produced.
