Il bunker del Soratte \u00e8 un complesso di bunker sotterranei nel comune italiano di Sant'Oreste, a circa 50 chilometri a nord di Roma. Fu costruito tra il 1937 e il 1943 nel Monte Soratte e serv\u00ec come quartier generale delle unit\u00e0 della Wehrmacht nella regione del Mediterraneo fino al giugno 1944. L'enorme complesso di bunker era destinato a ospitare il governo italiano e l'alto comando militare italiano in caso di assedio di Roma. Durante la Guerra Fredda, il bunker fu trasformato in un rifugio nucleare per il governo italiano e il presidente. Poteva ospitare 50 membri del governo e 50 tecnici della NATO. La struttura era \"pronta ad accogliere il Governo italiano\" ma non fu mai utilizzata perch\u00e9 non ce n'era bisogno. Fu utilizzata solo in occasione di alcune esercitazioni della NATO negli anni 1976-1988 e fu smantellata nel 1993.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oggi, grazie all'impegno del Comune di Sant'Oreste e dell'Associazione Bunker Soratte, il complesso bunker \u00e8 un moderno sito storico. I visitatori possono immergersi nella particolare storia del monumento-fortezza in diversi modi, ad esempio con la nuova ferrovia a scartamento ridotto o con le offerte di realt\u00e0 virtuale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il sindaco Gregory Paolucci ha firmato l'adesione a FORTE CULTURA del Comune di Sant'Oreste nel febbraio 2025 ed \u00e8 entrato nella rete di FORTE CULTURA anche come privato.
