We made it! On June 21, 2025, our exhibition “K\u00f6nigstein: The Safest Fortress of Germany” was solemnly opened in the City Wall Museum of Nanjing \u2013 and we were present there with a small delegation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his opening speech, Fortress Director Andr\u00e9 Thieme honored the museum cooperation existing since 2016 between the Fortress K\u00f6nigstein and the City Wall Museum Nanjing and thanked our Chinese partners for their hospitality, the professionalism, and the trust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis special exhibition is among the greatest challenges in the museum history of the Fortress K\u00f6nigstein.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
