Il risultato \u00e8 la formazione di un gruppo di lavoro composto dai dipartimenti della cultura, del turismo, del marketing, dello sviluppo commerciale, della gestione delle strutture, della conservazione dei monumenti e della gestione degli spazi verdi, nonch\u00e9 dal GDKE e dagli stakeholder della grande fortezza (ad esempio storici, associazioni di sostegno, archivi cittadini, ecc.)
