Region Lwowa na Ukrainie był pierwotnie dwunastym partnerem projektu FORTE CULTURA. Jednak ostatnie wydarzenia polityczne, społeczne i wojskowe w tym kraju uniemożliwiły miastu aktywne uczestnictwo w projekcie.
