Ze wzgl\u0119du na now\u0105 sytuacj\u0119 geopolityczn\u0105 uwa\u017cano, \u017ce mo\u017cna zrezygnowa\u0107 z tych obiekt\u00f3w \u2013 zw\u0142aszcza w dawniej podzielonych Niemczech, gdzie budowano obiekty ochronne w tym samym celu, ale w dw\u00f3ch egzemplarzach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">W przesz\u0142o\u015bci pa\u0144stwo i podleg\u0142e mu w\u0142adze radzi\u0142y sobie z tym problemem na r\u00f3\u017cne sposoby. Po raz kolejny pojawia si\u0119 kwestia ochrony i bezpiecze\u0144stwa dla przetrwania ludzko\u015bci.<br>Podczas seminarium zostan\u0105 przedstawione cztery przyk\u0142ady ilustruj\u0105ce
