On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of FORTE CULTURA, 60 participants from 9 countries came together at the founding location Kostrzyn nad Odrą (PL) to celebrate the anniversary. The two-and-a-half-day congress programme consisted of two conference parts and exciting excursions to the fortress heritage in the German-Polish Oder-Warthe region.
