How to submit:

1. Format – Prepare your article in Microsoft Word as text – you can download the form
2. Treść - Temat nie jest ograniczony, ale musi w jakiś sposób odnosić się do dziedzictwa twierdzy
3. Długość – There is no strict limit, articles should generally not exceed 3,000 words
4. Język – The article should be in English (If not, do not worry, our editorial team will translate it)
5. Nagłówek – At the top:
   • Tytuł
   • Author(s) name(s)
   • Obraz z przodu
   • Categories – you can study the list of categories TUTAJ
   • Opis wprowadzający
6. Obrazy/wideo - Dodaj inne obrazy lub filmy w tekście, jeśli są dostępne. Aby uzyskać najlepszą jakość, prześlij zdjęcia osobno (np. za pośrednictwem WeTransfer). Jeśli to możliwe, podaj autora zdjęcia. W nazwie pliku z obrazem możesz napisać opis, co znajduje się na obrazie (do celów przyszłego wyszukiwania w Internecie).
7. Cytaty - Można zamieścić osobne cytaty z imieniem i nazwiskiem oraz zawodem/tytułem mówcy.

Co dalej?

1. Editorial Notification – The blog editor receives your submission and prepares it for review.
2. Review – The editorial team (led by the president of FORTE CULTURA) reviews it and decide one of the following:
   • Zatwierdzenie zwolnienia
   • Zatwierdź ze zmianami - artykuł może zostać opublikowany, ale wymagane są drobne poprawki; zostaniesz powiadomiony o konieczności wprowadzenia tych zmian.
   • Do not authorize
3. Categorization – The editor assigns tags and categories to the article and, based on its content, places it in the Science or the Activity Blog.
4. Agreement with Author – After approval, the editor can coordinate with the author to finalize the article for the web, including layout, images, and visual formatting.
5. Scheduling and Publication – The article is added to the editorial schedule. It is not published immediately but will appear on the FORTE CULTURA Blog according to planned timeline.
6. Sharing – For each article, the editorial team decides individually on which FORTE CULTURA social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) it will be shared. In addition, the article should be included in the regular Blog updates for newsletter subscribers and may also appear in the newsletter itself. The web will automatically translate the article into the official FORTE CULTURA website languages using AI (🇬🇧 🇫🇷 🇮🇹 🇵🇱 🇩🇪).
